Jack Grealish has been warned Manchester City could sell him back to Aston Villa unless his form at the Etihad improves.
The England international, 26, was quiet once again as the Premier League champions were beaten 3-1 by Liverpool in the Community Shield on Saturday.

It follows an underwhelming first season under Pep Guardiola for Grealish, who was signed for a Premier League record £100million from Villa last summer.
Grealish struggled to establish himself as a regular starter for City and notched just three goals and three assists in 28 top-flight appearances.
While Guardiola has continued to defend the forward’s form, ex-Villa striker Tony Cascarino insists Grealish’s price tag means City will not settle anything less than excellence from the £100m man.
Cascarino told talkSPORT: “At the end of the season, if he doesn’t pick up his standards, what we know he’s capable of and why they paid £100m for him, he’ll probably be loaned out or he might end up back at Villa.
“He’s not playing well enough consistently for Man City.
“I’m not talking about being OK, six out of tens. He should be eight or nine. He’s got so much quality.”

Cascarino added: “Jack has got an issue. You can’t be a £100m player and be OK, your standard is higher than that.
“City’s standard is higher than that and he has been six out of ten too often.”
